arrived on time arranged.fixed aerial on chimney with new brackets. installed my new dvd recorder and was very pleasant and helpful highly recommended.

I installed my freeview aerial myself and it worked well overall, but the signal would sometimes be a little hit-and-miss. However it recently got to a point where the signal would cut out or be unwatchable - so I rang up Teleking Aerials. They came out quickly and found a couple of issues (one with the aerial wiring itself, another with the aerial cable in our living room) which they resolved. They waited around a little while to ensure the signal was good upstairs and downstairs (which it was). Unfortunately it started playing up again the following day, so I called up and someone came straight around. After performing further tests, it seems like the main issue is our BT YouView box as the overall signal from the wallplate was strong. They did, however, install a masthead amp that I had lying around and that has improved things further. They didn't charge anything extra for the second visit even though the main issue does seem to be our BT box. Overall, Teleking seem good and responsive with reasonable prices (a 50 call-out fee and then parts on top. I paid 65 all-in which I thought was good considering it covered 2 call-outs, 2-3 separate repairs and a new aerial cable).
