We had a new combi installed in my parents restaurant and Peter was messed about so much during the installation. We had a mains water leak that Dwr Cymru took months to repair so all work was put on hold. Then it was on again then off again. Anyone else would have snapped but Peter remained calm and the job was finished last week. These guys are amazing, I highly recommend them.

We needed to change our old Baxi back boiler for a modern combi boiler. From the first contact with PON Services, right through to installation and commission, we had nothing but courteous and professional service. Dennis did a comprehensive survey and explained exactly what the work entailed, and how long it would take, and gave us a very competitive quote. The two engineers, Chris and Mark, turned up on time on the agreed date, and were extremely professional and efficient in everything they did. At the end of the two day installation, they left everything as they had found it, and were clean and tidy throughout. Bolier packed up 15\12\2022 Registered the issue and within 20 mins i had a knock on the door.half an hour and diagnosed the pcb board on the boiler and amazingly went to his van and got another and fitted it.
