        Called today at 2pm and requested an appointment for a tyre replacement; and was offered an appointment at 3pm. Once I arrived, I walked to the desk and spoke but they didn't even say hello or acknowledge me. The man proceeded to walk past me to the tyre rack, then turned to say there was a problem because they didn't have the tyre I needed! However, they didn't contact me before I entered the garage to say this, or tell me on the phone the hour beforehand. Said that I could go back on Saturday and have it replaced. No thanks.
