Absolutely appalling - and thats just from a quotation. A job from Newport to Merthyr where Ive roughly been quoted by everyone else around 500 (everything can fit in one van, is insured etc by every offer Ive had) fox tried to sell me on the day the speel of theyll try to charge you more with an extra van yadda yadda yadda. You can clearly see we have enough to fit in one van and then some. Fox wanted to charge me 1200 for a 500 job. Absolutely disgustingly overpriced and ridiculous, highly do not recommend save your money!!!!

Overall good but expensive and I had some issues with the arrangements for packing. Initial quote (from Bristol office) said day 1 packing only, day 2 finish packing and part load the van, day 3 finish load, drive to new house (from Bristol to Swansea, 2 hours away) unload basics to get me through the night , day 4 return and unload rest of the goods. When I actually booked, they said it would be a three day process, I think this was due to the availability of staff. The packing/part loading day was very short as the guys had to return to Cwmbran, meaning they left at 2:30 with loads still to do on moving day. I also had to do a lot of the packing myself as the guys said they wouldnt pack some stuff that the Bristol office had said they would. I had already part packed and had labelled things, some of which got put in other boxes and re-labelled so ended up in the wrong place. I could never get the team together to explain anything I wanted, with the result that stuff I had put aside to take myself packed on day 1. Huge amount of stress over whether we would get to Swansea in time to unload what I needed for the night, as the team once again had to return to Cwmbran. We did achieve that in the end. Cant fault the guys efficiency, friendliness or work ethic, just the decision to do it in 3 days not 4 made it hugely stressful and made me feel I had overpaid.
