Recently took my vehicle here and I'm very disappointed. They had a look at my car and couldn't fix the issue I had with it (couldn't be bothered), on top of that my air intake tube got snapped off and instead of fixing it or telling me they broke it, just left it wedged down between the engine and battery. Also they rummaged through the whole entire vehicle, looking for what I have no idea, It was a state! My toddler would of done less damage. Great job!

Took my Fiesta there with knocking with my suspension on the front passenger side. When they first investigated it, told me it could be the drop pins. So when we were able to book it in to be fixed. When I turned up then for the appointment, they looked clueless about my car being booked in. I mentioned to the guys that you said it might be the drop pins. So they leave it with us, and we'll have a look. Only to come back to say that they've changed the drop pins, but haven't investigated why there is knocking.. Just drove the car away only to find there's still knocking in the suspension. I've never come accross such incompetence and it seemed like they're being lazy and take no pride in there customer service and just doesn't want to do the work. Seems theu just want to do the easy jobs like change tyres or batteries Avoid at all costs.
