Some lovely carers who treated mum with dignity and respect but unfortunately this can't be said for all, some were rude and downright spiteful. Very understaffed and disorganised, mum was made to wear other peoples underwear and clothing and was often told off for ringing her bell when she needed the toilet. Many of her clothes disappeared totally. Management are disorganised and untrustworthy.
