Fridge freezer packed in and 1st engineer reckoned the compressor had gone. Ordered compressor (10 days) and then another engineer turned up and said it wasn't compressor it was a gas leakage. Charged me for two call outs (66) just to be told you're better off buying a new one. I appreciate the advice but why couldn't the first engineer tell me that and save me 33 and 14 days without a Fridge freezer

Called and explained problem, prompt service. Date and time arranged, turned up on time, polite. Brought part after a telephone diagnosis, so did not have to wait to get part etc. Job done. Diagnosed another problem with cooker, so this part had to be ordered, give me prices for Smeg part and alternative as cost was high for Smeg. Rang me as soon as it arrived, again appointment made. Full PPE. Friendly and professional, cant fault them. I work for an estate agency and will be using these guys again. Thank your Drulight. :-)

I've used these guys a number of times for different appliances, they have always been completely fair. Definitely a company that provides customer service over profiteering (hence I go back to them every time so please keep doing it!). Spoke to them again this morning over a faulty oven, provided advice over the phone that resolved the fault rather than turn out and charge for a visit. I feel that this is yet another demonstration of customer service over profiteering.
