        Popped into Cwmbran Clogau today to look at jewellery and was met by 2 young ladies working there who were extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly. Lovely polite staff a credit to the shop. I mentioned my necklace had snapped and the assistants were only to happy to replace for new with no hesitation and reminded me to pop in anytime to get my jewellery cleaned and polished free of charge as part of their Clogau service.. A first class service and lovely staff who need to be recognised by their employer. Tracy Xx

        Excellent customer service. Went in for a birthday gift for my wife. Explained what she already had and they pointed me in the right direction to the same collection. The other good thing is the staff don't jump on you the minute you walk in.
