Have been using Jordan for over 25 years, have had 1 engagement ring made for my Daughter in Law and my engagement ring redesigned from 18ct gold to platinum with a complete different setting. I am now In the process of upgrading my engagement ring to a higher quality diamond and adding diamonds to shoulders from another sentimental ring. Jordan and his wife have AMAZING customer service and I wouldnt want anyone else to make my special pieces. 5 star all around from me

So after 27 years of marriage had to get new wedding rings as my one was too small and had to be cut off, so they repaired my original one and we ordered new rings which are excellent workmanship, fantastic customer service as well very highly recommended

Do not go to this jeweller's they damaged my engagement ring when fixing it. When returned they shined the ring up so it wasnt visable. When i complained they asked me to bring the ring back in again recieved it polished up and then denied damaging it.

Took my mum's wedding ring and another diamond ring she left me when she passed away. He made the most AMAZING pendant for me! People have remarked how lovely it is every time I wear it!!! So pleased with it as they have both been sitting in my jewellery box for the past 13 years!!!
