*** Give me my money back or give me my order!!!*** Absolutely shocking service from this company. They cold called me a few months back and I decided to take the punt and put a small order with them. It's been weeks and nothing has arrived. You email them and you don't get a reply and you constantly call repeatedly over and over and over and over again with no answer and You can't leave a message because their voicemail states that they don't monitor their voicemail. Oh shock. If somebody does finally answer they tell you that it was next week that is being delivered, wait another week and nothing gets delivered. They then tell you that there was an attempted delivery but the courier was unable to deliver despite somebody being in the property 24 hours a day. I then asked them for the time of delivery so that we could check CCTV and of course no response. Absolutely frustrated with this company. The service is absolutely appalling (Because there isn't any).

Terrible service. Ordered my children's uniform last month and no sign of delivery. Rang several times the last 2 weeks and was assured the uniform would turn up before school starts. My son starts back school tomorrow and we still havent received the uniform. He was already nervous about school and now has to go in with an old uniform which is too small for him. Completely let down! Not even a phone call to apologise. I would avoid these in the future.

Ordered school uniform on 8th august thought all great happy with service in shop as 1st time used , rang 30th Aug was advised delivery was in and they was in embroidery room and should be ready by Friday , rang on the Monday as not heard to be told delivery hasnt come in and they were waiting for it today , spoke to a young girl who was transferring to a manager line transferred then cut off , couldnt get back through for ages then spoke to a boy who was supposed to call me back never did as he told me my items are being done now but told may be Wednesday til I can collect as I not the only customer ! Felt like giving up at this point , then Tuesday morning check my emails and email To advise completion ! Went to store on the Wednesday for 9.30 as per website but was closed on arrival as dont open till 10 ! Needs to be updated !!! Poor communication , customer service skills , lack of ownership of those taking calls its a shame really as the quality of items are good
