Came out to do a job caused damage and refused to fix it. CCTV covered the area and also witnesses saw it happen. Also refused to email/respond to complaint. New year small claims court pending.

Such a pleasing experience when using Bowen Groundworks. Just moved into a new home and the garden was a mess. I had 14 tonne of muck removed from the garden and in the same day a neighbour needed the same amount moved. Somehow, after asking the driver Ian when he had availability, he managed to do both gardens out of us being a little bit cheeky in the same day!!!! We were thrilled! Lauren the director was wonderful over the phone, polite and respectful over the fact that I didnt really know what aggregates suited what I was trying to achieve after the muck removal. Within 48 hours on a bank holiday weekend everything I requested was delivered on time. The driver was a really lovely guy and even offered to drop all of the resources over my garden wall. I asked him to just pile it up for the builder in the corner but he told me that he would happily place it in the necessary areas we needed to make it easier to spread and avoid any extra movement from my driveway or save us shovelling for hours. Due to such a positive and easy experience, my neighbours have contacted the company and they have received the exact same treatment! Highly recommend using them if youre looking for a top quality service, with a next to nothing turn around! Youve made our project so much easier! Thank you so much
