    Customer service is non-existent! I love the quality of the parts and the fact that their website says they have a non quibble returns policy, but one cannot contact them. The only phone number isn't answered, just a message saying "please phone later" (I have tried more than a dozens times) and their on-line messages are ignored (again have tried abut a dozen times) I am now having to go the route of contacting my bank to get my money back for the wrong parts that haven't been credited even though I have proof that they have been returned. Does anyone know another way that I can contact this company?

    My worst online shopping experience ;( I got a pair of turn signal brackets for Bonneville. Order #WEB78368. While parcel was on track, my plans changed so I returned it back in original packaging. Due to tracking info it was successfully delivered to Motone office at Abercarn. More than 1,5 months passed and I'm still trying to arrange refund. It seems that they just ignore my emails. What a great customer support! (No) ;(

    I bought a monza fuel cap and x pipe off them,arrived swiftly and well packaged. When I tried to fit the monza fuel cap I couldn't get it to line up correctly as the centre piece wouldn't rotate, it was siezed solid, it had obviously been forced into position after manufacture, I sent an email to motone about returning it but week's went by with out anything back from them, in the end I had to gently force the centre piece out and file it down. until it would fit inside and rotate. Not what I was expecting. Poor customer service motone.
