        We had a nightmare removing a screw that had rounded and wedged itself into a piece of wood. We tried everything we could think of to remove it and our last resort was to take the whole piece to our local Screwfix and beg for help. John and his co-workers were great. They tried a few ways unsuccessfully then finally managed to hacksaw it off when we had enough manoeuvre space. Couldn't be more thankful to the guys.
