Brought my sons laptop 2 currys Cwmbran on 1st May 23 to see if they could help with some issues. The gentleman who helped us was called Curtis. He was really helpful and friendly and went out of his way to assist us. We just wanted to say a big thank you. He is a real asset to your team.

It's nit bad shop. They price match which is good because there prices can be a lot higher than other places. My advice would be to find the make and model of the item in store your looking to purchase then Google it whilst in store. You might get a better deal.

Had no end of trouble with this store in historically. Rude manager, unhelpful staff. This is going back 3-5 years ago. Latest purchase last week was fine however. Ordered off website to deliver to store. Had no issues and items actually worked/wasn't damaged.

We got a 55 inch TV from these cowboys. The screen broke without any impact to the screen, and currys then said its all our fault without listening to what we had to say. According to the staff in this branch, there is no warrenty with anything that has been purchased from them. It is. The reason we go into a store like this is to get better after sales service which is now non existent. After this experiance I will no longer shop with currys again. If I could give ita zero out of 5 I would do
