We decided to put the sale through Peter Mulcahy as they were local and had good reviews. They gave us a valuation we were happy with and the sale process was easy with us getting a quick offer at the sale price we expected. The team at Ystrad Mynach kept us informed throughout and we couldn't have been happier with the service. We decided to use their in house solicitors and the sale and completion was easy and within the time we expected. Would be more than happy to use them again.

We were extremely pleased with the handling of the sale of our house. All team members are friendly efficient and very approachable. Details of our property online were accurate and the photos very clear. June was very helpful in achieving the best deal on the property.
