        Rude young girl on counter this afternoon I think she needs some customer service skills!! Everytime I've been up there the other staff has always been helpful and polite. The particular the lady told me off .

        Purchased slippers as a Christmas present and the 1 slipper fell apart after one wear. Attempted to return the item without the receipt as per the next policy online quotes no return note needed, our team will do the rest. A member of staff and the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful, they refused to return the item, although the tags were still on them. Will not purchase anything from this store again.

        Totally disillusioned with Next, purchased 65 worth of bedding, used it once and never again. The quality was completely sub standard, to the extent it felt like sand paper on my skin so the early hours of the morning we were changing the bed! I have always trusted Next to provide quality merchandise, especially as my skin has been badly affected by chemotherapy, but they failed me badly this time, and for that reason I will think twice before shopping there again.
