Biketrain Wales

Completed my CBT today 04/23. We met Jim on arrival who took us through the first phase. He was a great guy who had lots of patience and was really helpful and thorough throughout the course. Sarah then joined us a little later on who again was brilliant and helped us as much as possible. Once the on site training was finished, Sarah followed us out on the road. She communicated with us at all times which was really helpful and although I felt a little nervous this really did help. We stopped along the route several times where she gave us further guidance where we was going wrong. Both instructors were amazing and Ill definitely be going back to complete my bigger bike training with them.

My brother and I have recently done our full licences through Bike Train Wales. The entire service was absolutely faultless from start to finish. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jess for all admin and bookings and Jess couldn't do enough for us. As my brother and I were doing it together, Jess went through every effort to ensure our training and tests were done together, too. Thanks to the amazing instructors, we both passed MOD 1 first time. Although our MOD 2 tests were cancelled due to the snow, Jess found replacement slots for us both straight away and, again thanks to the awesome instructors, we both passed the MOD 2 first time as well. The whole team went above and beyond to ensure the best experience during our time with Bike Train Wales. I'd like to extend an extra special thanks to Jess. She's absolutely amazing at her job and her time and efforts for every customer is very much appreciated. Thank you all very, very much.

Honestly one of the most pleasant experiences Ive had, even though I came in with some experience thinking I knew everything I needed to, I had a little wake up call. If anyone is ever in any doubt, I would highly recommend going with this group, two fantastic trainers who couldnt have helped the group of 4 they had on the day anymore if they tried. Did my bike test today, Mark and Julian made me feel so at ease from start to finish these guys are incredible at what they do. They have your best intentions and safety at heart. Cant thank you enough! You guys ROCK!!

Had a one to one with Rhys on Saturday as hadn't been on a bike for over 40 years, felt at ease and comfortable from the moment I arrived and was given plenty of encouragement to help me get back into riding a motorbike, then did my CBT on Sunday with Mark and Sarah, so much knowledge given by both as they taught very well and were both so easy to get along with, felt very comfortable and at ease with the training given, can't recommend Biketrain Wales enough
