        The woman behind the desk today (red hair) was the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever come across. I took back my trainers that I bought a few days ago that have been worn ONCE to see if they fit. She said they have grass stains on them so I cannot get an exchange. If I could attach a picture its laughable (she means the bottom of the shoe) that had been worn in the store NOT OUTSIDE.They are in pristine condition. Maybe try cleaning your floors? I had to walk out because I cant argue with someone so dumb. Miserable and it shows!

        Shocking customer service. Tried to over charge me then had the cheek to say is it any point in arguing over a 1. When I said it's better in my pocket than yours the jumped up cashier said it's only a 1 and is better on the floor .

        Blackwood Sports direct I had great service with great choice of sports and fashion wear there. The footwear department is very good! with all the big brands Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Under Armour 5
