Has really gone down hill, never used to be like this, ring 50 times to get through to make an emergency appointment, get palmed off with an E- consult form, which hours later then get an email to say make an appointment, ring another 50 times to be told, ring Monday morning now all the appointments are gone, the receptionist come across very rude and unhelpful and like they just want to get you off the phone! And now I have to suffer all weekend and then go through all this hassle again Monday morning to deal with their RUDE , unhelpful receptionist!

Absolutely disgusting attitude from the receptionist! Rang them at 5pm because my little 2 year old daughter rapidly became a lot worse from the morning and instead of waiting for the next morning I rang in hope that the doctor would see her tonight (not expecting them too) and the first thing the receptionist said in a foul attitude "why are you ringing so late!" She continued to be rude and its just not on at all. She needs to take a look in the mirror, there are plenty of people out there desperate for a job and would be much better than her, if she is that unhappy in her job move on!! Disgusting.

Disgusting receptionist veryyyy rude. Could not help to solve problems out at all and it did happen to me almost every time. They need to change whole blood to get some fresh in who really well trained and perform professionally to deal with patients with no attitudes showing.

Uncaring Doctors , receptionists who think they are doctors. There's alot wrong with this surgery!!!!
