Bought a pair of Reiker boots from here. Wore them on a slight drizzly day to find they are leaking. Returned them to the shop and was told they arent waterproof. I tried explaining that I hadnt been walking through puddles or wet grass and that leather boots should not be letting in water. he point blank refused an exchange or refund so will be taking it to trading standards. Shocking customer service. Would avoid dealing with this man.

The only quality footwear shop in Blackwood. I've bought boots and shoes from there and they last years.

If it was possible to leave 0 stars, I would. Absolutely disgusting customer service when tried to return a pair of boots bought for my sister. One boots was a completely different colour where it had faded in the sun, and the zip on the side was missing teeth. Didn't notice this until we got home and was told that we must have forced the zip and that was why it was broken. Point blank refused refund and will be taking this further. Avoid this place at all costs! Go directly to a Clark store!

Good place with a wide choice. Very helpful salesman. I bought some lush boots.
