Its difficult to get complete prescription. I tried ro get mine today and its not available my surgery told me it was given to them 10 days ago. I tried to contact them all day but only got an answer phone. Poor service.

Pharmacist has previously been very helpful but I rang deliberately on Friday to make appointment for flu jab. I was told that no appointment necessary for Monday but that they would be closed between 1 and 2 for lunch. Went in around 2.45 on the Monday, and was told by receptionist that pharmacist was unavailable. I explained my phone call and was told that the owner had decided to pop in for a meeting and therefore pharmacist was now unavailable but I could come back tomorrow! So a pharmacy without a pharmacist & an owner who has no idea of customer care.

Worst pharmacist in Blackwood! They dont deliver my prescriptions, I have to keep reminding them, wish Id never gone there, shocking service
