It's a disgusting that the pharmacy/my health online website does not say that if you have your prescriptions delivered then it will take a week for them to arrive or that you're advised to order them 7 days in advance to get them on time. It clearly states give up to 48 hours. It does not say whether picking up or delivery changes that statement it only says allow upto 48 hours. Because of this statement I have been ordering them a few days before to ensure I get them. Very disappointed that when it's to do with peoples medication the message on the website is not clear.

Absolutely disgusting. Being advised that it's 7 days waiting on prescriptions! However previously told you can't order your medication until the due date of them running out over a year ago..badly run and badly designed systems. Needs urgent change

Incompetent staff at the location, lose prescriptions, make you wait for ages with a green / red light system and most of the staff don't appear to be working. Worst pharmacy in the area. Get your prescriptions transfered from your doctor to town pharmacies.

Not only is this the slowest pharmacy in the area it now seems to be the most inept. If scripts have been picked up by your staff from the surgery it's not outside the realms of possibility that it is in the pharmacy! I'm in so much pain my Mum offered to pick up my prescription, after waiting for over 30 mins outside in bone chilling temperatures she was told they don't have it and to check with the surgery & come back later. Checked with the surgery, yup, it's definitely with pharmacy staff, and I'm among many patients today having the same issue. You have more staff behind your counter than any other pharmacy, your service is the poorest, if it wasn't for your location I can imagine you'd lose most of your customers, you've certainly lost over a dozen today. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Update: I had intended to use a different pharmacy but a prescription was sent here in error, they have redesigned the queuing system and it is now indoors, far better experience than my poor cold Mum had.
