        Would highly recommend I took my little girl to have her ears pierced today and I must say kath who done her ears was absolutely amazing thank u so much one happy little girl. Thank u so much

        The customer service is good but I purchased an Engagement ring on the 9th feb for a suprise engagement on Valentine's day the ring was a little big. The day after Valentine's I sent it back to get resized it is now nearly a month later and we are still waiting for the ring.

        Rude Staff Very disappointed after my visit today. I popped in just before 5pm as my son wanted to buy a gift, I was met by a member of staff who looked upset that I was there. I asked if they were still open and she said we will be closing at 5:15. I said I wont be long as we were in a rush. The lady did help us find a gift but I was met with lots of huffing and puffing and when I was paying, another member of staff walked past and said in a very abrupt manner you cant put it through the till, Ive cashed up We left feeling very pushed out, uncomfortable and pressured to get out as soon as possible. Bearing in mind we left at 5:08pm and they literally slammed the doors behind us. If you advertise you are open until 5:15 then you are open until 5:15pm.. It was the blackwood branch
