I would like to say that Roberts in Blackwood and Ebbw vale and Jo the sales chaser from pontypool have worked really hard at selling and buying for us they certainly have individual staff such as jo and Cerianne cole Yvonne and another guy from Blackwood office who have all been amazing and we can't thank them all enough Roberts you are lucky to have these people working for you x

Since signing with Roberts and Co Blackwood Estate Agents. I straight away met with the team, I have always found each one very kind and supportive with walking through every detail and time to help me achieve the right direction best for myself. The manager Adam Darlow is a man who likes to help and support his clients in selling their homes, with as much ease as possible. I would one hundred percent recommend this friendly estate agents to anyone who is looking to sell their property. This isn't to boast them I believe in speaking as I have experienced.

We arranged to view a property and the estate agent didnt show up. Nobody contacted us to let us know they were running late. However, the vendor was home and was happy to show us around. We fell in love with the house but trying to get hold of someone to make our offer was difficult as the branch was closed for the bank holiday weekend and we had no contact details. Once we were handed over to our sales progressor, Jo Parsons, our experience with Roberts and co was completely turned around. We were in a particularly difficult chain which went on for over 6 months. Jo did everything she could to try to keep the chain going and offered invaluable support and guidance through the process which was incredibly stressful and often felt like trying to walk up an elevator that was going down. Having one point of contact who was experienced and friendly to guide us through the process made the experience bearable. I would certainly buy through Roberts and co again if I had Jo as our sales progressor.
