        Sorry to say I would not even give this shop one star but have no choice to do so to allow the posting of this review!! I ordered school clothing and was told it would be available within a week. No phone call to advise it was available or there was a delay so I called the shop to be greeted with nothing but foul language and abuse from the shop assistant. What an absolute appalling rude individual!! @Paul @ Regis, if this is the standard of staff your are employing I am surprised you are still in business. She has no customer service skills or manners at all and I wouldn't pay her in washers!! Good luck with retaining your business if this is the type of person you employ. I would never return to your premises and would NEVER recommend anybody else buying from you!! I live locally and will certainly share my views with all of the pupils parents at Rhiw Syr Daffydd Primary and I really hope it affects your business if this is how you allow your staff to speak to you customers!!
