Krzys is very professional and knowledgeable. Especially regarding my health condition and how it affects me. He talked me through each step and ensured I was comfortable with it. I had recently injured my back - it was locked up - after our session I felt able to move more freely. I intend on continuing to see Krzys on a regular basis and would definitely recommend him to others.

First session yesterday after trying other therapies, Krzys talked me through what was causing some of my issues and showed my why, he the set about working on them systematically , fantastic first session already rebooked to get me as well as possible. 5*
