Window isnt a great match to the photos and design specified, poor communication during order process, very delayed but a good price

I hired this company to make bespoke stairs for my property. I have been really disappointed- they didnt follow the plans and didnt communicate where they were going to make changes with my builder and other carpenter. everyone was inconvenienced and we had to make alterations after the stairs were installed to make it good. When we tried to discuss this , we just got nowhere. I was also having to live without stairs for three weeks, sleeping downstairs with my children, and the company did nothing to prioritise the job. My carpenter also pointed out where the stairs werent straight and let in daylight. For the amount I paid, Im shocked at the quality and poor customer service.

Been using Golding joinery off and on for around 15 years and never had a problem. Excellent fast, reliable value for money. The quality of every staircase and other joinery items I get supplied by Wayne is always top notch. Will continue to order from Golding joinery 10/10
