Started with two castles and now have 17 with another one on the way and soft play too. Airquee really have become the go to company for everything in this industry.

Airparx, same business separate department. I would highly recommend AVOIDING this company! I recently made contact with this company as i had seen their product in a local competitors establishment. I was contact by a guy named Ollie, he made me aware that in my province my competitor had exclusivity to their product (You could fit the UK inside of Ontario 8 Times) So for one small outlet that seemed a little silly. I then received another email, this time Ollie had CCD in my competitor giving them access to all the details I had initially told them, such as the location of my venture, the ins and outs of my setup, he then requested giving them my direct number. This email went unread for a few days whilst I spoke to my business partner.. 3 days later I receive an aggressive phone call from one of the business partners of the establishment telling me that I would NOT be able to buy one of the them parks as they had exclusivity for the province I lived in. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety. I made contact with Ollie and questioned why he would breach my data and give out my personal details as well as my business plan to my direct competitor, I also requested their ICO registration number and this was ignored, He told me that he would be looking into this as a matter of urgency. A few days had gone by and nothing, so i made contact again and was then told a partner would be in touch. The partner got in touch to tell me that he had made a full investigation and he had read over their privacy and GDPR policy but made it clear I wouldn't know the outcome, He also told me that he would be happy to talk on the phone and guide me in the business as he had many years of experience. I requested a copy of said policy and I am now being ignored and my last email has not been responded to. That was over two weeks ago, I feel that I have given them a fair chance in rectifying their mistake, now they're just burying their heads in the sand and hoping the situation will go away if they just ignore it! I am making a formal complaint to the ICO/Trading standards, And I have since been in contact with a solicitor that specialises in GDPR Data breach. This mistake could cost me a lot of money!!! Just be warned!

I have used Airquee many times for inflatables over the past 10 years - Great service every time with fast delivery and the equipment is always built to last. Always Great communication and easy ordering process. highly recommend.

I started using airquee 6 years ago and they have an been amazing company to buy from, there customer service is second to none and the build quality of there inflatables are impeccable. Would highly recommend Airquee.

1st class service, excellent products that go beyond what is traditionally expected of a bouncy castle, or inflatables manufacturer. Innovative designs and superb build quality. Highly recommended.
