I bought my brand new park home May 2022, I sold a 5 bed detached house to buy. It's amazing, the standard of the park home is excellent. Finished to such a high standard, I had a few snags and Stately Albion sorted them out very fast. Honestly I love my park home and park life. Highly recommended

After sales service a joke. Window frames and doors 1 year warranty.... Mines virtually fell out told not covered. Don't touch these jokers. You've been warned.. And gold shield warranty.. Not worth the paper it's written on..

My wife & I bought a Warwick Executive lodge new in 2021. Nothing but trouble from the start. Sockets in the wrong place ment that we had to loose a radiator. The oven blew a fuse 3rd time it was used, cooker hood stopped working. The kitchen looks like it was fitted by a 5 year old. All problems reported straight away, Nothing done. Have been waiting for 9 months for Statley to come and fix warping boards on the exterior, which is letting in damp. After sales is useless. Do not touch this company with a bargepole!!! Wish we never bought it.

Shoddy workmanship and extremely poor aftersales. This is our 2nd Stately home and we have problems again. Our first home had to be completely reboarded and rendered etc to replace rotting boards. Our 2nd one has issue with joint on outside wall which I've filled and painted several times whilst waiting for technician visit. Technician finally came and detailed work to be done. I've since been chasing them re this work and now to be told work isn't necessary because it's sealed and watertight. The joint is soft and spongy, unsightly and worsening but Stately won't budge. Avoid this company.
