        Poor experience with the family law team, do not recommend. Trying to communicate with them directly is very frustrating. The one star goes to the reception staff who I found to be helpful.

        Have used Newbold Solicitors twice in the last 12 months for conveyancing. Natasha was my solicitor both times and has been very responsive and clear throughout. Was concerned at first about using a solicitor based nearly two hours drive away and doing everything via phone/email but its been much quicker, easier (and cheaper!) than using a local solicitor.

        Should actually give them a 5.5* out of 5. They're very professional, literally take your call after the first ring (compared to some solicitors who don't bother taking or returning calls), they keep you posted and updated. Fairly priced as well. Couldn't ask for better solicitors for my first home. Would highly recommended.
