Incompetent liars, that do not care about their clients. We waited nearly 4 months to complete on an EMPTY property and no chain on our end. We were told we were waiting on our searches to come back from the council, after waiting 5 weeks we contacted the council ourselves to find out the searches came back within 5 days of them being sent! They will lie to you, stress you out to the max with their short unhelpful email responses until you cannot bare the process of buying a house anymore. They are awful, and I really hope you avoid this company, they do not deserve your money in exchange for the stress and extremely poor service they provide.

Dog Poor, do not use these for conveyancing. complete lack of urgency and when my mortgage offer expired they just ignored me, lost a lot of money and a goof deal on my mortgage. Like all solicitors completely incompetent.
