Went here pre-covid and couldn't fault it brilliant but went here less than a month ago as I wanted a completely different look and to be honest I walked away not happy at all it wasn't as bright as I wanted and now less than a month later all the colour has gone and I've only washed my hair 2 a week and my hair is now so damaged rest assured I won't be making a return.

I had my hair dyed and cut . I went in knowing that I wouldn't get the exact results I wanted but when I was told "there was too much red it wouldn't work "I said to change my original idea and go dark. They didn't listen and continued to bleach my red hair leaving me ginger. They proceeded to then dye my hair two different browns to create and "all over colour" it looks awful. I had to go to a funeral like this . I'm horrified at how little they listen to there customers. They also didn't tell me as they were dying my hair twice my price would go up . I was quoted 40 and they attempted to charge my 75 . I understand that it cost more however you should be communicating with your customers so they are aware . I couldn't of afford it . Will not use this salon again and will be looking elsewhere. The cut wasn't bad however it's lopsided and wasn't when I went in ! . I wasn't even booked in correctly to start with ! Hair stylist admitted this happens alot . Only giving1 star as 0 isn't a option! Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
