Worst gym Ive ever been with. Yes I signed a contract but due to unforeseen circumstances I lost hours in work due to my Nan passing last November and I could no longer afford to continue the membership. I tried contacting Sugar Rogue to explain my situation I provided proof of my wage slips (which they asked for) showing my income of 50 a week to be told because my social media posts it doesnt look like Im in financial difficulties belittling me because Ive been on holiday? Actually stalking me! Not that I should have to explain myself but my mother lives abroad! I didnt realise stalking and abusing your clients was part of the membership! It come to the point where they blocked me on all platforms so I couldnt resolve anything and they continued to take 20 a week out of my bank. I had to request a new bank card to stop these payments. I then had a letter from there solicitor to who I explained the situation to, they said they would get back in touch as they agreed it wasnt professional at all to be treated like this but I never heard back from them. Six months down the line now sugar rogue start taking money from my new bank card. Again clearly ignoring all messages and emails I have sent. There is no support here if you genuinely need to cancel all they care about is lining their pockets and ripping people off I will be taking this further.

Been going to Sugar Rouge for 18 months or so now. Its a community that is very welcoming and very supportive. Its not a normal gym that you would go too, but its by far the most challenging gym youll go too and work out in!
