        The best family run gym about. Suitable for beginners and advanced gym goers with a wide array of equipment and experienced PTs to guide you through a workout out, training program or provide nutritional advice.

        I was recommended a PT called Laurie who works at Elite. I didnt know if it would work due to the distance Id have to travel (6 gyms closer to me) but I went and met Laurie and tried a month at Elite. That was back in November and Im never going anywhere else. Laurie is fantastic, her knowledge of the industry along with nutrition etc is spot on. Reputation speaks for itself as she does not advertise and yet is training people everyday. The gym itself has all the machinery you could ever need and parking is plentiful and free. Staff are also really nice
