I have been to Iraq war to support and save our troops. I have been out on operations with the United Nations. I'm a loyal soldier of Queen's Own Gurkha Regiment. I have Work hard and paid taxes.... all my life. But when I was beded Down and unable to work last year due to covid. My two dependent including a child in blackwood Suffered with me. I didn't get my tax credits. It was rejected deliberately. No support for me and my family. I almost died. This is how we get treated.

Wouldn't even bother going there, staff are waste of time and customer treatment when entering is strange. Guards don't talk to you when being friendly, and enquiries desk isn't always available where you have to wait to be seen more than 15 minutes. Expect you to know the answers when it their job to tell you, and felt like they didn't care with way they handle enquiry. I didn't even want to give one star, sadly had to just for explanation of review.

Well I don't know where to start off with this but I try calling them, they don't pick up. An since I've started to come to this job centre, the guards don't talk, they just sit there an stare. An they have like different numbers to call, but don't really have much luck getting through, an with the benefits side, try to sort it out an they just leave u hanging, this is the only job centre that I've gone to an they haven't improved other than move from the old job centre
