Fitted 4 windows and a composite front door. Its been a fantastic service from Cymru Glass! From the very first phone call to measuring up and throughout whole process. Very personal, first class, they took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave guidance and advice with decisions I hadnt even thought about. No matter who I spoke to they were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most of all approachable. It only gave me more confidence that I had chosen the right company. Lloyd one half of a husband and wife (Catherine) team came out to measure up and check as the work was being done. As for the fitters (father and son), Paul and Jake and Chris who fitted the front door they were all brilliant. They were respectful, professional and organised between each other of how job was to be done. I had a laugh with them, really easy to get on with. To say Im happy underestimates their workmanship, and the thoughtfulness they showed. They completed the bedroom so that I had a warm place to be whilst they did all the other windows. They also let me know before they took the bathroom window out so I could use it and also when they finished it! (I take water tablets). Really appreciated that! Thanks guys XX I have quality windows and front door, which welcomes me home and and keeps me warm throughout, its given me the boost I needed! All thats left to say (thank god I hear you say!) If you choose Cymru Glass it will be the best decision you will ever make for yourself and for your home!
