Customer service today from the women was absolutely disgusting. Go there all the time and everyone in the shop are aware I like a pasty warmed up, I work out in the community so a quick pasty helps throughout shift, 30 seconds in microwave as I like it to take chill off, when I ask this women to warm my pasty up she always says yes give me two minutes while your card payment goes through with attitude, so today I waited for my card payment to go through and asked well with attitude she said I can't too much clutter Infront of the microwave it was only a box which could of been moved, anyway I then said well why didn't you tell me you can't before I paid she then said well you didn't ask before you paid so I said yeah because you always give attitude and say wait until card payment goes through well her attitude was absolutely disgusting, didn't even offer me a refund after telling her I won't eat it cold, luckily the lovely fish shop next door offered to warm it up while I went in there for food ... She is an absolute disgrace... should b ashamed of herself...
