The last few weeks have been extremely difficult after losing mam to a very sudden and unexpected passing. Jorden and her colleagues have been truly amazing throughout and gave mam the best send off anyone could have hoped for. Having dealt with previous funeral directors who treated the process purely from a business mindset with Jorden we had the upmost professional, respect and dignity to mam but Jorden and her colleagues treated mam to much more than that and added a very human touch to the process. We would also like to deeply thank Father Darren for a beautiful service at Llywdcoed and mam would be thrilled for such a lovely send off. With lots of love from Bronwens family xx

Emma at bargoed office was brilliant in making everything run smoothly for me and my family it was difficult arranging everything mostly by phone has I live in Poole ,but she phoned me every step of the way ,even when changes were made frequently by other members of the family she always checked with me to see if that was ok ,and the day of the funeral , every one of her staff was respectful ,but Emma went out of her way to check I was ok from the house to entering the chapel and even outside afterwards ,and I even got a call the next morning to check I was ok ,thank you for all your support
