Brilliant response. Mains powered smoke alarm failed. Gave me advice to detach and change back up battery. I did that but the sensor had failed so needed a new smoke alarm. Loved that they gave self help advice before offering to replace. Fitted a new smoke alarm a couple of hours after speaking to them. Andrew and Karl both polite, helpful and did the job with no fuss. Very reasonable rates and would definitely use again.
