        Ordered for a specific time but food came 3hrs too early. Clunky slow system. Left me annoyed and the restaurant who fulfilled the order annoyed too.

        I ordered my food at 1640, which is now 1840, and still no food. Kukd took the money in a second but they didn't deliver what I have paid for. order no. 1213454

        It is not as bad as the reviews say but the waiting time is still a lot longer than it would have been if I ordered directly from the restautant which I used to do previously. At first it is not that obvious that there is a third party delivery company because it says " Order Online". I only knew what Kukd is when I reveived the Comfirmation email.

        Absolutely horrific first time use, food order took 2 hours to arrive, stone cold, and kukd's customer service was absolutely shocking, wouldn't refund or offer anything back even though our takeaway had to go in a microwave upon arrival.. My first and last time using any restaurant that uses kukd, highly recommended avoiding at all costs to avoid any disappointment
