        Terrible phone service. Wanted to ask if a prescription could be left for courier and to arrange a blood test. 1hr 30 minutes still waiting. Now have to drive 10 mile round trip. Its not good enough

        Trosnant Medical Practice saved the day when 999,111 and A&E failed, Dr Collier and the Reception staff went out of their way to assist with my very poorly wife. Thank you.

        This place is a literal joke with the most rudest reception team i have ever come across. I mainly use this place for my 2 year old son, and they are so vile about anything that Im phoning up about, they need to remember theyre just a receptionist, not the doctor itself. I could go on about how much of a joke they are, but Ill just leave it for my experience today, Ive tried ringing them 15 times and theyre hanging up every single time. Dire times at the moment, and sadly your health, including your childrens are sadly placed in these moronic receptionists hands.
