There all sat in the back room chatting drinking tea I've witnessed them just put the phone down or they just ignore it an watch it ring.. If u manage to get through expect rudeness

Caller 18 for over ten minutes. I am then suddenly caller 22 Cannot get through on the phone. Absolutely shocking.. the phones are blatantly just left on hold.

Sometimes impossible to get through Id give doctor Isabel 0 stars after the first time seeing the woman the way she spoke to me after I seen her I went to see dr bret and she was so lovely and understanding and told her that dr Isabel told me I was over reacting and it was just mild period pain now Im under investigation for endometriosis it might have been caught earlier if dr Isabel had listened also the nurse Nicola up the surgery is brilliant she could see I was bottling things up and then I told her what Id done and she asked for an ambulance to be called she had passed all her patients to other nurses so she could stay until an ambulance came and the nurse practitioner and urgent care doctor was brilliant and so were all the other nurses when I went back for an appointment for bloods to be taken Nicola was brilliant and calming these some of these doctors have helped with my mental health by putting me on medication and listening but their was a few saying I was faking that too and the one receptionist is rude with an attitude and another receptionist I walked to the surgery because it takes forever to get through it was a Monday I said I think my belly piercing is infected and asked for an emergency appointment and she gave me an appointment on Thursday afternoon which was a telephone appointment by then it was too late and there was no saving the piercing
