        Refused a refund even though the product was within 14 days of purchase and the product was in a resellable condition. This is completely against my statutory rights of return as I bought through their website. The lady serving me even dropped the item on the floor before giving it back to me with no apology. I'll just use Amazon in the future, never had a return issue with them.
