Actioned a transfer this morning to my main bank only to find that nothing happened. Contacted GCU to clarify and was informed that funds would be available by 1pm. Lo and behold, here I am writing a negative review at 2:40 pm the same day. Still no transfer and having spent 25 minutes trying to contact the store - being met with voicemail. Not surprised staff have vanished before the 3pm closing time if transfers aren't happening. Left a voicemail and an email asking for clarification.
