        Confused that money is taken out every so often and I haven't got a loan. Nothing on website to explain this and none of the links work which have been this way for over a year. Okay apparently they take out 5 annually but nothing explained when I opened the account or on their website about this charge. The website has never worked since I joined so you cannot check your balance or anything.
