If you get a female America Judge run. Bias, Talks down to you. Refuses to allow you to ask questions and rolls her eyes when you do. Talked down to me. I ended up crying and unable to speak properly. I pointed out that what was being stated by the other side was not from a legal document - she said it is. The author of the document stated that what it contains was not law but she knew better. Horrendous idea of fair trial. Concentrate on the appeal you will have to do before you start. This place should shut down. I wonder how many appeals she has had against her judgements? Horrendous

All judges should read up on Disabilities before Hearings Epilepsy is a hidden Disability which should not be ridiculed by asking are you stumped when the person on Oath answers

Been ringing two days and can not get through , no one answers the phones and its impossible to speak to someone.

Does anyone actually work in this building? Just wondering as I've sent numerous emails but haven't received replies and every time I phone I get a message telling me there's nobody available to take my call. Frustrating!

Terrible service from this place, I sent my defense in via the post and via email, only to find it was not passed through to the judge on the hearing, I even informed her I had it with me Incase she didn't see it but she didn't want to know and was more concerned about other hearings after mine and my defense contained valuable information that would have helped with the outcome, and now I've got a couple of weeks to find a new house which is impossible in this current situation. The judge was also all for the landlord even when I brought the discrepancy up in the section 21 they wormed their way around it and threw my point out the window and sides with him again. Useless if you ask me and people who works here needs to monitor the system so the judges can receive important information.
