        Opening hours are ridiculous, absolutely no good if you work and are left a red card minus an item reference number so you cant redirect

        2 hour opening time, completely inconvenient for anyone with a job. Combine that with lazy delivery drivers that rather take parcels back to the depo than try a neighbour, absolute joke. Quicker Royal Mail go bankrupt the better. All other parcels company offering local depos in shops ect that are open 7am until late evening for parcels. Completely lagging behind the competition.

        So the locals are unhappy about their short opening hours (8am - 10am). Im not happy that my parcel has stayed with them since 28 November and as I write this, it is 22 December. Its almost a month. Come on, Royal Mail. Youre not on strike on these dates so why are you holding on to parcels?

        Pathetic Opening hours 8 until 10,and yet the still want to go on strike..I pay for my parcels to be b delivered special by 1pm yet it comes 2 days later.royal mail needs to be bought out and employ a whole new workforce.
