        Walked an hour with baby to the shop to post Hermes parcel. Forgot mask. I asked if I could put parcel in by door- told me that I needed a mask to come into shop. Then asked me to come into shop to buy a mask?! Which I refused. Mask cost me 2 (rip off) for me to hand parcel over counter. Said parcel then went missing company have not received it. Second time a parcel has gone missing when Ive returned via this Hermes shop. Terrible.
