The operations manager Shareen Jowett spoke to me like I was a piece of dirt. Customer service should be top of her priority, and clearly it is not. Don't waste your time contacting them.

excellent service as usual :-) shareen's been off site alot and not in the office - written by a jelous competitor or someone who has nothing better to do, keep up the good work shareen of helping people in to work as you have done for 10 years plus
