We were expecting to have the start date mid September, however Martyn was able to start earlier than planned. From the initial consultation to construction I cannot fault the service, or Martyn's patience as I changed my mind about the final details just a few times. Advice was sound, and work went ahead as planned. It was a big decision to have an extension, and the timber frame option was a no brainer based on the reasonable cost. Martyn is very good at keeping you informed of progress and nothing seemed too much trouble. Very happy with the end result

Service was fantastic and the price was reasonable. Communication was excellent and the work carried out was exceptional. We were given a step by step guide on the best way to use our new stove, and had recommendations of the tools we'd need to get the best out of it! Thank you

Eco build property solutions built our extension for us. They were very knowledgeable and worked hard to get the job done. The price was very reasonable and a lot cheaper than the brick cavity type of build. We would highly recommend both eco build and timber frame method.

Martyn and his team removed an old gas fire and surround, refurbished the chamber and fitted a Flavel multi fuel burner which we love. Martyn was very professional and flexible when a change of mind occurred half way through re. the chamber design. Customer satisfaction was a priority. I asked Martyn if he could return to check a small point after they had finished and he didnt hesitate. We love the work this company have done and highly recommend.
